As we analyzed in our previous articles, the new immigration law that entered into force at the very end of 2023 significantly tightened and narrowed down the option of legal staying in Hungary for more than 90 days within 180 days. However, we would like to draw attention to some new types of residence permits, which may even represent breaking points from the new strict rules. In this article, we will talk briefly about the residence permits that can be applied for the purpose of other educational purposes and for the purpose of traineeship.
