Who are our clients?

My office provides comprehensive support to those foreign nationals arriving from third countries and EEA member states, who:

• wish to spend more than 90 days of any 180-day period in Hungary, which requires a residence permit,
• have been residing here for some time and would like to apply for a settlement permit or residence card,
• or may be interested in acquiring Hungarian citizenship.

In questions of residence, settlement and citizenship we provide comprehensive legal representation. Our services start before the submission of the application with advice on how to put together the application package, and what points need to be taken into consideration.

We then maintain contact with the authorities, and, in case of initial rejection, represent the client in the appeal process or, if necessary, in administrative court proceedings.

We do not deal with asylum procedures and refugees.

Our office has a wide range of experience in cases related to residence and settlement. We regularly represent our clients in appeals against the initial decisions of the National Directorate General for the Policing of Aliens, as well as in judicial review proceedings of the final official decision.
